 Forced to install the new patch and now the single player CTD even if I change video settings to low. This is the the second time this has happened after a patch. I already started the game over once. I got past that pain in the ass duel helicopter level.
XP, RAM 3.25 gb, ATI 4770 512 mb, AMD 2.2 Quad Core

If I don't here of a fix I'll look for a video driver update. I updated about 2 months ago.

 YES updated to the drivers released June 17, just tried it and CTD.
